Welcome

My name is Pati and I live in Perth. Using mindfulness activities, breathwork, simple meditation and gentle yoga, I have created several self-care routines that support your overall well-being and help combat stress. Having worked in several busy roles at corporate environment and being a parent to two small children, I fully understand the pressures that can stem from our day-to-day life. Practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga helps me work through it every day...  I reflected on this experience while creating my classes. 


My professional background:


  • Certificate in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness, Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM)


  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program developed by Prof Jon Kabat-Zinn, a pioneer of the mindfulness movement. MBSR uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga and exploration of patterns of behaviour, thinking, feeling and action.  


  • Member of Meditation Association of Australia.  


  • Accredited Mental Health First Aider-Mental Health First Aid® Australia 


  • Qualified yoga teacher and a member of Yoga Australia. 


  •  I have MA in Japanese Studies and have spent many years in Asia learning about different philosophies and cultures. I felt instantly drawn to how these traditions emphasise the importance of creating peace internally, within the mind and body. This essentially drove me to what I do now.
