Meditation is a beautiful practice that can calm the mind and help you connect to your thoughts, feelings and reactions. The focus is on slowing down, inner reflection and relaxation.
My wish is to make meditation accessible to everyone and I hope that these free classes will allow more people to experience the benefits of this practice and contribute to the overall well-being of the community.
No previous experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome.
These are very short sessions, with the actual meditation going for up to 20 minutes, followed by Q&A (for those who wish to stay a bit longer). Held in a friendly and welcoming environment, they allow you to pause for a while and simply carve out a bit of time just for yourself.
It can be a perfect way to finish off your weekend and recharge for the week ahead!
