This is a relaxing full body stretch and strengthen class. The focus is on slowing down, inner reflection and relaxation.
This gentle class incorporates breath awareness with asanas (yoga postures) to improve your flexibility and core strength. The asanas and breathing techniques help the body to naturally relax and find its own rhythm. The slow-moving practice with longer holds will give your body a chance to tap into your nervous system, allowing you to experience a deep relaxation.
It’s a perfect way to unwind after a busy week.
